Enjoy a comfortable and relaxed stay on board while cruising the fjords, sounds and narrow waters en route.

CABINS
Our ship offers five double cabins and one triple cabin for guests, all with ensuite facilities. The cabins were previously used to house surveyors and crew on hydrographic survey missions while the vessel was operating on the survey market. For expedition purposes, the cabins and bathrooms have been renovated and upgraded to ensure a comfortable stay.

MAIN INTERIOR DECK
Communal areas are available on two deck levels. On main deck you find the day room with board games, TV and a media station for relaxing times onboard. Next door to the day room is the mess room with a bar, tables and furniture for dining and hang out between meals. There is an exit to the aft deck that leads through the mud room, an area with space to store your boots and outdoor clothing for expeditions in the zodiacs and ashore. On the same deck level you also find the well equipped galley where our chef prepares your delicious meals.

SURVEY LOUNGE
The survey lounge is located on survey deck, which is the 3rd deck level. This is the old survey room, now transformed into a lounge area, lecture room and Arctic library. During recent renovations, the survey station itself was replaced with storage facilities, including several shelves with space to store camera gear and other equipment for easy access. The room is equipped with a projector for presentations and documentaries, and has space for all travel companions seated. This is commonly where lectures and briefings are held. The survey lounge offers a great view of the outside surroundings with large windows facing in three directions and an easy exit to the outside survey deck.

BRIDGE
From the survey lounge, you have easy access to the state-of-the-art bridge with a 360º view to the outside. The bridge is a great place to scout for wildlife, hang out with a cup of tea and socialize with the crew and your fellow expedition members. There are several places to sit comfortably while overlooking the navigational process and the outside surroundings. The pilot/co-pilot bridge layout will often offer a free seat for the curious traveller. Here you are welcome to learn more about the systems and features used for navigation, communication and maneuvering of the ship.

AFT DECK
Outside you can enjoy the surroundings on several deck levels. On the aft deck you find yourself less than a meter from the waterline. The area allows for easy access into the tender boats and it is often used as the gathering point before and after landings and zodiac cruising. For the photographer it offers great possibilities to get impressive low angle shots of the surroundings without stepping off the vessel. This is also a great place for outdoor dining and other events on a sunny day.

SURVEY DECK
On survey deck you can walk all around the superstructure which means there is always a leeward side. Passing over the flume tank (which is a passive stabilization system to reduce rolling) you will reach the foredeck where you have a great panoramic view of what’s waiting ahead. On foredeck, the sound from the engine is next to unnoticeable, you are left with the wind and the vast sound from the water foaming around the bow while steaming ahead.

SCENERY DECK
Follow the stairs from the survey deck and you get to the scenery deck which is the 4th deck level, located on top of the survey lounge. This place is great to view the surroundings and a perfect area for spotting whales in the distance or a polar bear on an ice flow far away.

MAST PLATFORMS
For those who like an extra thrill, there are two large platforms in the main mast. From up here you can almost touch the sky and you will have an incredible 360° overview of the surroundings. The access is via a ladder from scenery deck and you will need a harness to climb, a slight challenge but well worth the price once you are up there!
